The Supervisor Development Programme is series of core and elective management workshops designed to equip Supervisors, Team Leaders and Coordinators with the right skills, tools and attitude to lead themselves, their teams and bring results.

The Service Excellence Workshop adopts a systemic approach while focusing on the reviving the basics of the art of hospitality in the 2020’s, that is, blending technology with the know-how of True Service, by True People creating True Experiences in our True Places.

This workshop will ensure that all callers are given the five stars treatment. Weaknesses of the participants will be identified and addressed. Moreover, this workshop is also needed to maintain the standards instilled, improve professional telephone etiquette as well as decrease customer complaints.

The COMET is our Management Training Scheme which aims at preparing young Degree and Diploma Graduates with or without work experience for positions of responsibility in the Hospitality industry.

The IIP is specifically designed for students currently enrolled in a Degree or  Diploma programme which requires guided work exposure.

This course is designed as an easy-to-learn tailor-made programme for hoteliers who need to better understand and effectively serve Chinese customers.
