This section is for companies who are looking for Training & Development programmes for their team members to acquire new, refresh their existing or enhance their knowledge and skills in topics currently on demand.
You can either enroll your team member to one of our scheduled courses or if you need a customised proposal specific to your needs, fill in the Request for Proposal form or just shoot us an email or give us call and we shall arrange for a meeting at the earliest possible.

Fully aware of the challenges with the expansion of its activities both in Mauritius and worldwide, Constance group under the leadership of Jean-Jacques Vallet, CEO of Constance Hotels, Resorts & Golf and Claude Narain, former General Manager of Constance Belle Mare Plage has opted to invest massively in training. Hence, Constance Academy was born in 1998.
Today we relish being recognised for inculcating passion for Hospitality to our partners worldwide and we meditate to keep on our promise every day. One of the reasons for achieving this status is that we exercise great circumspection with regards to the recruitment of our leadership team.

Constance group is present in the community since several years and has supported many social actions for the betterment of the population. Short and long term and sustainable projects have been initiated and implemented in order to cater for the needs of society. In this connection, FONDATION CONSTANCE which is a legal entity has been created to deliver CSR actions for the group.
One of the main objectives of FONDATION CONSTANCE is to support the development of education for needy persons mainly for those found in the pockets of poverty. The Constance Academy which has the necessary structure and programme was called upon to develop and deliver courses for inhabitants of the region with the objective to make them become literate, employable and move out of poverty.
