Our LDP focuses on developing the skills that a supervisor/ manager needs to perform their day to day job.

The workshops have three objectives: developing and improving the skills of the participants, enhancing productivity and ensuring a healthy environment at the workplace.

One of the main assessment criteria for the program is identifying a real life project and implementing it. Named as an ‘idea to action’ module, all the skills learnt throughout the program are put into practice. The learner also gets the opportunity to prove that they are ready for the upcoming responsibilities!
